Offering quality fresh food served by friendly and attentive staff in stylish yet comfortable surroundings, The Birch is an ideal venue for your special do.

Small Weddings & Functions

If you’re looking to host a small wedding reception, special celebration or work event of 20-30 guests, our upper-dining section of our restaurant allows you to have your own private space to mingle and dine.

Available during normal service hours Wednesday to Friday lunchtime and evening and Saturday Lunch – subject to availability.

Large Weddings & Functions

For larger wedding receptions, special celebrations and work events of 50-70 guests, you can hire The Birch exclusively, giving you and your guests the freedom of the whole venue.

Available Monday to Friday lunchtime and evening – subject to availability.

Tailor Made For You

When you book your event at The Birch, you will be invited to discuss your needs and options with Mark, the manager, so that our chefs can create a delicious menu tailor made to suit your dietary requirements and budget.

Wine and fizz can be chosen in advance and you can decide when you would like these serving during the event.

Table cloths can be provided at an additional cost and you are welcome to add your own table decorations.  Please provide these in advance and our team are happy to set these up for you before your arrival.

Please note that outside food, including cake, is not permitted on the premises, however a bespoke homemade cake can be order from The Birch for the event.  Wedding cakes are permitted, but only to be displayed and cut on the day. This will then be divided up and distributed to your guest to take home.
