All parties of 8 or more must be booked direct with The Birch either by phoning 01525 290 295 or filling out the ‘contact’ form.  A deposit will be required.

Celebrations at The Birch

If you are celebrating a special occasion please fill in the ‘Special requests’ box on the ‘Completing your booking’ page when making an online reservation, remembering to include;

  • Occasion – birthday, anniversary etc
  • Name of person(s) celebrating
  • Age/no. of years (if applicable)

this will help us to personalise your special meal at The Birch.


We would love you to visit us, so to avoid disappointment we strongly recommend you book – especially at weekends.

Celebrating a special occasion at The Birch?  Let us know the details in the ‘Special Requests’ box when booking a table, giving as much detail as you can, and we will strive to personalise your dining experience with us, helping make your special event a day to remember.

Celebration cakes are available to order at The Birch.  Fresh fruit pieces mixed with thick cream sandwiched between delicious chocolate sponge layers, covered in a dark chocolate ganache with crushed dark and white chocolate pieces around the edge and white chocolate detail and fruit on top.  Homemade and decorated by our talented pastry chef, they can also be personalised.

serves 10-12 people

Large £30

serves 12-18 people
