Chef de Partie/Junior Sous

Salary: Salary based on experience + tips

Pub: The Birch at Woburn & The Black Horse at Ireland

As Chef de Partie you will be part of our team of highly talented chefs. You will get to create quality dishes using fresh ingredients (sourced locally where possible) and can have the opportunity to give your own input and ideas towards a menu that changes over the year.

Live-in and live-out positions available.

Required Chef de Partie/Junior Sous attributes:

  • Experience working with quality fresh food
  • Well organised and motivated
  • Calm working under pressure
  • Punctual and reliable with an excellent work ethic
  • Passionate about food

Must have:

  • Previous chef experience (at least 2 years)
  • High standards of food hygiene and able to maintain food safety procedures, including food labelling, food temperature and cleaning schedules
