Work in our busy kitchen alongside our talented team of chefs, cooking fresh food dishes using quality local ingredients. As a Commis chef in training, you will be involved in all aspects of the daily kitchen routine as you work towards your level 2 qualification.
Our menus change over the year to make the most of seasonal produce, giving you the chance to learn new dishes and for you to have your input.
