Our stunning new Spring/Summer menu is here!

Bursting with fresh Spring/Summer flavours, our menu is carefully crafted to showcase the best ingredients these glorious seasons have to offer. Using locally sourced produce where ever possible, you can taste the quality in every bite.

Our new Spring/Summer menu include sensational starters such as Pan Fried Scallops with crushed minted peas, burnt cauliflower puree, olive crumb, finished with a herb oil, and Salt-Baked Candy Beetroot, feta, beluga quinoa, pickled red onion, toasted walnuts, orange segments, rocket, lemon and thyme dressing, which is also available to upgrade to a main course should you fancy something a little lighter, or can be paired with a side to make a real meal of it.

Try our new delicious main course dishes such as Pan Fried Wood Pigeon Fillet, creamy mashed potatoes, Jerusalem artichoke puree, sautéed wild mushrooms, radish and a port jus, or Cod Loin beluga puy lentils, buttered bok choy, chorizo aioli and sweet potatoes crisps.  Tempted yet?…

Finally, you can’t finish a meal without one of our delectable desserts.  Let us entice you with a Salted Caramel & Pecan Cheesecake with spiced apple ice cream, or how about a refreshing Limoncello Parfait, raspberry and mint compote  – perfect for on those sunny days!

Our new Sunday Menu includes many of these stunning new dishes, but still offers the fantastic range of traditional roast we know you love.
