Please do not complete these forms until you have made your reservation.

Order Form

All Christmas bookings require menu choices in advance.  Please use 1 form per booking. (click here to view the full Christmas Season menu.)

Please follow the instructions below to complete your order form.
  1. Download this order form to your computer, The Birch Preorder Booking Form 2022
  2. Make sure you open this PDF in Adobe Acrobat, or this will not work.  If you do not have Adobe Acrobat,  download it here.
  3. Fill in the form with your party details and ALL menu choices for that booking.
  4. ‘Save as’ your completed form to your computer in the name of your party booking.
  5. Before emailing the completed pdf file, please close the pdf and open it again.  Check your information has been saved correctly.
  6. Attach this saved form to an email and send it to info@birchwoburn.com

Excel Spreadsheet

For bookings of 6 people or more.

This is to accompany the Order Form.  It is an Excel spreadsheet version of our Christmas Season Menu with columns to include each individual’s name and their chosen dishes (including the individual’s dietary requirements if necessary).  This is a great way to help your party guests remember what they have ordered on the day.

  1. Download this spreadsheet to your computer; Birch-Xmas-Preorder-Form-2023
  2. Open your downloaded version and click Enable Editing.
  3. Fill in the spreadsheet with ALL your guests’ names and their individual menu choices.
  4. ‘Save as’ your completed spreadsheet to your computer in the name of your party booking.
  5. Attach this saved spreadsheet to an email and send it to info@birchwoburn.com
  6. Print out a version for yourself to reference on the day.

If you are of the mind “the pen is mightier than the internet” please feel free to print out the forms and fill them in by hand.  Then either pop them in the post or fax them to us.  Address and fax number available on our ‘Contact’ page.  Please be aware this could take longer to reach us so allow enough time before you are due to dine with us.
