New Summer Menus


Summer has arrived – and so have our new Summer Menus!

Using fresh seasonal ingredients, sourced locally where ever possible, our Chefs have created a menu packed full of delicious dishes bursting with summer flavours.

Our stunning starters include Beef Brisket Croquette with yoghurt and horseradish cream and crispy leeks, and Seared Tuna With Miso & Sesame Seeds with bulgur wheat, edamame beans, avocado, pomegranate and baby spinach.

Our mouth-watering mains offer tasty dishes, such as Pan Fried Duck Breast, fondant potato, sugar snap peas with pine nuts, celeriac puree and orange caramel and Crispy Skinned Sea Bass Fillet(s) with tenderstem broccoli, sautéed new potatoes and tomato and mango salsa – perfect on a summers day!

Fancy just a light lunch or demi-dinner? Some of our starters are also available as a ‘Lighter Main’ size at an additional price or make delightful light bites when paired with one of our side dishes.

And who can resist a delectable dessert?? Let us tempt you with a Banoffee Cheesecake with caramelised banana, or try the Treacle & Orange Tart with chantilly cream, mmmmm…

Our new Sunday Menu includes many of these stunning new dishes, but still offers the fantastic range of traditional roast we know you love.
