These menus are available for special functions at The Birch for pre-booked parties of 15 people or more.
Choose to dine from either Menu ‘A’ or Menu ‘B’ both offering delicious three course meals cooked with the freshest, finest ingredients at a set price. (Please be aware you cannot mix and match menus, the whole party has to order from the same menu.)
Pre-order will be required at least 7 days before you dine and please notify us of any dietary requirements in advance.
£10 per person deposit is required*
*Please note: deposits are non refundable, but may be used towards a future visit at The Birch

Celebrating a Birthday?
Why not make the event extra special by ordering a delicious celebration cake. Fresh fruit pieces mixed with thick cream sandwiched between delicious chocolate sponge layers, covered in a dark chocolate ganache with crushed dark and white chocolate pieces around the edge and white chocolate detail and fruit on top. Homemade and decorated by our talented pastry chef, they can also be personalised.
Small £20 – serves 10-12 people
Large £30 – serves 12-18 people

Printable Place Cards
These handy place cards are perfect for large parties of 15 people or more.
Your guests are required to order their meals in advance therefore it is not surprising some guests may forget what they have ordered on the day they dine. These place cards not only add a personal touch to your party but also reminds your guests of their food order in a discrete manner, as well as enabling you, the organiser, to relax and enjoy your meal with the rest of your party.
Click the Printable Place Card button on the side bar to download the Word document to your computer. Open the document in Word, click enable editing, then fill in your guest’s name and their food choices on each card. Once the page is completed print, cut and fold (with The Birch logo and guest name on the front and food choices on the back) – it’s that easy!
You can then bring your complete place cards with you on the day or give the place cards to your booking coordinator in advance (with a seating plan if required) and they will ensure they are on the table when you arrive.
