New Spring/Summer Menus

Bring on the sunshine…  Bring on our new Spring/Summer menus!

Using fresh seasonal ingredients, sourced from local farms and estates where possible, our team of talented Chefs have created appetising and exciting new menus for lunch, dinner and Sunday lunch.

Our Lunchtime menu has tasty dishes ranging from lighter bites and ciabatta sandwiches with daily changes fillings to more substantial main courses.  Our new menu includes appetising dishes such as Flambé Prawn Linguine made from tiger prawns and baby prawns flambéed in brandy and served in a fiery tomato sauce, and our new Chicken Breast wrapped in Parma Ham topped with applewood smoked cheese, served with a spring onion, cherry tomato and asparagus risotto.  Not to mention many more mouth-watering meals.

Our new Evening a la carte menu is also bursting with tantalising new dishes using locally sourced ingredients such as our delicious Duo of Lamb with roasted cannon of lamb and slow braised lamb shoulder and chorizo croquettes, served with shallot puree, braised leeks, roast cherry tomatoes and red wine jus.  And don’t forget we still have our range of fresh fish and quality meats cooked to order on our griddle.

Finally, to round off your dinner choose from a delectable array of delicious desserts. Whether you fancy something summery and light such as our Summer Fruits Pavlova with lime, mint and gin salsa, or something a little more indulgent such as Chocolate & Caramel Tart with chocolate crumb and Guinness ice cream, there is a dessert for every mood!
