We had a fantastic time on Christmas Eve the food and service was outstanding. The atmosphere was really warm and friendly. I felt quite at home with my family having coffee in the lounge after lunch.

Dear Management and Staff at The Birch
I just wanted to write and thank you for the best eating experience I have had in MK.
I visited your restaurant on Monday 4th April for lunch with my Mum. I live in London and I suffer with a severe allergy to wheat/gluten, in London it is very easy to find restaurants that cater to my needs but in MK I have never found anywhere that could provide tasty, good quality food. So imagine my delight when I was told by your very helpful member of staff that you could very easily cater to my allergy!
After perusing your menu I really wanted the crab and prawn linguini but had ruled it out because of the pasta, so to my amazement the waiter told me that I could have it with gluten free pasta...hooray at last a restaurant that recognises how easy it is to modify the simplest of dishes to wheat/gluten free. I had a lovely gluten free poppy seed roll, the pasta followed by the absolutely amazing mixed berry souffle´ (compliments to the chef on the soufflé)!
I very rarely write to show my thanks because it is so rare I have cause to, but you cannot imagine how happy it made me to find a really lovely place to eat in MK that caters to WF/GF without having to have a piece of plain grilled meat or fish with boiled veg, boiled potatoes and no taste!!!

Yesterday at the Birch was wonderful. You all made my birthday lunch perfect. The champagne reception was fun, the food from your vast and varied menu was delicious. The table setting was faultless and the ambiance brilliant.
Some of my friends had been to the Birch before, others had not. But they all remarked how well you had done and what a remarkable lunch it was.
And most especially well done to all the staff, whose service was as ever, impeccable and always friendly.

I wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed my 50th Birthday party at The Birch at Woburn on 29th June. My 30 guests are still telling me what a wonderful night it was and how fantastic your staff were, nothing at all was too much trouble for them. The food was superb and I was very happy with my own personalised menu created for me by the chef which (this also made a lovely keepsake of the evening) included all my favourite foods and some excellent vegeterian dishes. One friend in particular still talks about the pudding chef made for me, she has listed it the best pud she has ever had (and I think she has has a few!) I am really looking forward to having my 60th Birthday party with you and any other excuses I can think of to party at the Birch! I thoroughly recommend the Birch at Woburn for a very special experience or, indeed, for any occassion which will impress just about anyone. This has got to be the No. 1 restauant in Milton Keynes.

Please pass on my thanks to your staff for the way we were looked after on Friday evening. The food and service were both excellent and my guests enjoyed themselves enormously. My wife particularly enjoyed the white wine that we chose (The Astrolabe Sauvignon Blanc 2009) so I found the UK shipper and ordered a case yesterday. It is a shame that The Birch is a little too far away from our home otherwise we would visit more often.
The journey back to Hertfordshire was a little interesting as the snow had come down while we were dining!
